A 30-minute juvenile adventure series based on the comic strip by Ed Dodd, this program depicted the exploits of Mark Trail, an outdoorsman and conservationist. Assisted by his young friends Scotty and Cherry, Mark battled crooks and bad men in the wilderness, offered camping tips and promoted conservation. Mark was first played by Matt Crowley, later by John Larkin and Staats Cotsworth. Scotty was played by Ben Cooper and Ronald Liss and Cherry was played by Joyce Gordon. Jackson Beck was the original announcer.
