A family situation comedy with Harry von Zell as Bill Smith, Brenda Marshall as Nancy Smith, Jan Ford (Terry Moore) as daughter Bumps Smith and Arthur Treacher as Uncle Cecil from England. Music was by the Charles Hathaway orchestra. The announcer was Tyler McVey. In 1946 an audition program was produced, named "The Smiths of San Fernando," starring William Holden.
